- Build, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI agents with reliable, usable, auditable architectures and human-in-the-loop interfaces.
- Move AI/ML prototypes from testing environments into scaled production systems.
- Design and deploy highly available model endpoints with health checks, error handling, retries, and fallback mechanisms.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to reduce logical errors, hallucinations, and bias in automated financial decision-making.

- At least 3 years of experience using analytics, coding, database querying, or statistical analysis, or a PhD in a quantitative discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience building agentic systems.
- Preferred: 4 years of relevant analytics, coding, database, or statistical analysis experience, or a relevant PhD.
- Preferred: experience in financial, audit, or highly regulated domains where deterministic accuracy and auditability are important.
- Preferred: expertise developing and deploying AI or ML models and using observability or monitoring tools for performance, latency, and model drift.
