Responsibilities

  • Build platform capabilities, investigate and fix bugs, and write tests.
  • Monitor application and instrument logs and signals.
  • Identify blocking issues and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Pair program with senior engineers, contribute to code reviews, and communicate progress.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and team ceremonies.
  • Support system integrations, technical solution criteria, prototypes, product features, and cross-team improvements as responsibilities expand.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a software engineering role.
  • Experience with the Microsoft technical stack, including .NET and C#.
  • Experience leveraging AI tooling to deliver technical solutions.
  • Understanding of core programming fundamentals.
  • Interest in developing software engineering skills, including testing, source control, and agile planning.
  • Willingness to focus on a product sub-area and develop domain mastery.
