Responsibilities
- Build platform capabilities, investigate and fix bugs, and write tests.
- Monitor application and instrument logs and signals.
- Identify blocking issues and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Pair program with senior engineers, contribute to code reviews, and communicate progress.
- Contribute to technical documentation and team ceremonies.
- Support system integrations, technical solution criteria, prototypes, product features, and cross-team improvements as responsibilities expand.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a software engineering role.
- Experience with the Microsoft technical stack, including .NET and C#.
- Experience leveraging AI tooling to deliver technical solutions.
- Understanding of core programming fundamentals.
- Interest in developing software engineering skills, including testing, source control, and agile planning.
- Willingness to focus on a product sub-area and develop domain mastery.
