Responsibilities
- Develop business applications, digital solutions, enhancements, and new capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and participate in solution design discussions.
- Build robust backends, secure and maintainable APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Configure and extend enterprise platforms, support application lifecycle activities, and participate in upgrades and modernization.
- Develop and maintain Android and Flutter-based mobile applications while improving user experience and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and support platform stability and reliability.
- Leverage cloud services, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and implement automation, observability, and monitoring improvements.
- Use AI-assisted engineering practices and contribute to intelligent automation and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Collaborate with global Product Managers, stakeholders, and engineers from technical discovery through production delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in software development, including hands-on work with a server-side language such as Python and a modern frontend framework such as Flutter or a similar framework.
- Experience developing or consuming REST APIs and working with relational or non-relational databases.
- Working knowledge of cloud services, automated deployment pipelines, unit testing, secure coding, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts and experience using AI-enabled development tools or integrating an AI service into an application.
- Ability to break down defined problems, communicate progress and blockers, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineers.
- Preferred experience with workflow automation, low-code orchestration, enterprise integrations, PL/SQL, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation, responsible AI, Product Management, discovery techniques, service design, test automation, or observability.
