Responsibilities
- Design and build high-fidelity simulation environments that model complex distributed systems.
- Develop synthetic data generation tools and evaluation pipelines for AI agents.
- Collaborate with AI research and product engineering teams to integrate models into workflows.
- Define architecture and technical direction for the simulation platform.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team culture.
Requirements
- BS, MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in distributed systems, backend, or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying ML/AI systems.
- Familiarity with synthetic data, simulation frameworks, or generative modeling.
- Proven ability to define new systems from ambiguity.
- Skilled communicator and team leader in cross-functional environments.
