Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and implement Zuora Quote-to-Revenue solutions.
- Provide client training and support for seamless Zuora software integration.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize operational efficiency through the Zuora platform.
- Develop and maintain client relationships while anticipating client and team needs.
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to generate solutions and interpret data.
- Support subscription business models and revenue recognition automation.
- Uphold professional and technical standards and deliver quality solutions in complex situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Master’s or Master of Business Administration degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X preferred.
- Ability to interpret data, communicate effectively with clients, adapt to change, and develop subscription-business knowledge.
