Base Salary
$80k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead integration of Generative AI, intelligent workflows, and other automation tools into Trust & Safety operations.
- Design and own AI-driven solutions for content moderation, risk detection, and policy enforcement from prototype through production.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Legal, and operational teams on scalable and compliant solutions.
- Drive tool rollout, training, feedback loops, adoption, and iterative improvements.
- Develop technical narratives, including BRDs, PRFAQs, and white papers, aligned with business outcomes.
- Track operational metrics and refine the automation roadmap for future compliance and abuse challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience.
- At least 4 years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience, or AWS Professional level certification.
- Experience leading and collaborating with large cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: demonstrated success driving automation adoption in operational teams.

- The listed base salary ranges are $80,300.00-$140,500.00 annually in Austin, Texas, and $82,700.00-$140,500.00 annually in Seattle, Washington.
