Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, assets, and triggers.
- Lead process discovery and solution design sessions with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
- Build reusable components and libraries, conduct code reviews, and help establish coding and delivery standards.
- Integrate UiPath bots with APIs, databases, ERP and CRM platforms, and document-processing tools.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and production-support frameworks.
- Manage bot deployment lifecycles, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Orchestrator administration.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve bot failures.
- Support RPA Center of Excellence governance, including documentation, PDD/SDD creation, ROI tracking, and pipeline intake.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to meet compliance and data-handling requirements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and evaluate relevant UiPath platform updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of professional experience and at least 2 years of hands-on RPA development experience, including at least 2 years specifically with UiPath.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
- Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and robot deployment and administration.
- Knowledge of .NET, VB.NET or C#, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with UiPath, Ansible, AWS Console, Elastic, AWS, Azure, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, and SaaS offerings.
- At least one qualifying certification: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect.
- An active Public Trust clearance is a plus, and the candidate must be able to obtain an Entry of Duty Public Trust clearance.
