Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions for the Workforce Management platform.
- Take ownership of features from concept through production support.
- Drive technical excellence through thoughtful designs and alignment with architecture standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and other teams to deliver customer value.
- Shape and improve the AI development ecosystem.
- Transform business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Develop robust testing strategies and troubleshoot production issues.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering for enterprise web applications.
- Strong expertise in Java backend development, including Spring Framework and RESTful services.
- Experience owning complex features end-to-end in an Agile environment.
- Proven success in leading technical discussions and producing design documentation.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools and interest in Large Language Models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
