Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise Infrastructure as Code strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation solutions across hosted platforms.
- Build reusable modules, templates, blueprints, APIs, integrations, and self-service automation capabilities.
- Develop infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Design and implement CI/CD, security, compliance, testing, and deployment automation for infrastructure delivery.
- Partner with platform product teams and infrastructure domains to accelerate IaC adoption and productize platform capabilities.
- Create documentation, reference architectures, training materials, and enablement programs.
- Apply responsible AI, security controls, governance, and risk management practices to enterprise automation platforms.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code principles, patterns, and engineering practices.
- Strong experience building enterprise infrastructure automation with tools such as Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Env0, Puppet, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience establishing and scaling infrastructure automation initiatives, building reusable modules and shared automation services, and designing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong software engineering practices, including maintainability, testing, version control, Git workflows, branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity management, and platform services.
- Ability to influence engineering teams, drive technical standards adoption, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience integrating LLMs, MCPs, AI agents, Copilot technologies, workflow automation platforms, or AI-native infrastructure capabilities.
- Supervisory duties are not required.
