Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable machine learning and generative AI systems for customer-facing and operational use cases.
- Develop end-to-end pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into digital healthcare systems and operations.
- Explore and implement emerging AI advancements to improve solution effectiveness and innovation.
- Serve as AI Technical Owner by shaping technical roadmaps and driving the full AI lifecycle across strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to governance, experimentation, model quality, versioning, observability, and compliance practices in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience building production-grade machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Strong software engineering background with applied AI expertise.
- Ability to develop production-ready AI systems and take end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives.
- Interest in working at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business impact.
- Ownership mindset, curiosity, collaborative approach, and interest in exploring new AI innovations.
