Base Salary
$100k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop native iOS application software from conception through production for millions of drivers and vehicles.
- Review and provide software engineering feedback on product designs and architectures.
- Evaluate and recommend new and emerging products and technologies.
- Write and contribute to high-quality engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, product designers, software engineers, and other technical experts.
- Support production-grade software operations, including debugging, tracing production problems, performance testing, load testing, support, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and work experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in native iOS application development.
- At least 5 years of experience with Swift and the iOS app development ecosystem.
- At least 3 years of experience with mobile frontend application architecture, including modular design, state management, and navigation strategies.
- Strong Swift and iOS development skills, including experience designing UIs with SwiftUI.
- Understanding of Apple-platform architectures such as MVVM and MVC.
- Experience with or practical application of the Composable Architecture library (TCA).
- Experience with CI/CD environments, Fastlane, scripting, and Ruby.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade software or services.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influence skills.
