Responsibilities
- Build and manage API services for Maropost web applications.
- Design, prototype, and implement scalable, performance-driven architectures for big data, analytics, and cloud-native products.
- Develop and maintain Go microservices for product configuration and integrations with external platforms.
- Contribute to the Vue.js back-office dashboard and React-based ecommerce SDK and platform integrations.
- Drive engineering innovation and improve development processes, tools, and technologies.
- Lead architecture and design governance, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and promote industry-standard software development practices.
- Evaluate and improve software development frameworks and tooling.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech from a top-ranked college.
- 3+ years of experience building, designing, and architecting backend applications, web applications, and analytics systems, preferably in commerce cloud or marketing automation.
- 3+ years of hands-on GoLang experience.
- Experience deploying applications at scale in production systems.
- Experience building and managing API endpoints for multimodal clients.
- Experience with platform security capabilities such as TLS and SSL.
- Advanced HLD, LLD, and design-pattern knowledge.
- Experience with Redis, Memcache, and MySQL.
- Experience managing infrastructure with basic GCP or AWS services, including virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and load balancers.
- Experience with Fail2ban, ModSecurity, or Coraza, and frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, and Vue JS.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Argo CD, Spinnaker, and Terraform.
- Strong problem-solving skills, efficient coding practices, and willingness to contribute in a startup environment.
