Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and test cybersecurity-focused software systems.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain applications and infrastructure in AWS Cloud.
Collaborate with Accenture Federal Services engineers to develop tools that improve operational efficiency and software readiness.
Document processes, technical findings, and standard operating procedures.
Conduct research and analysis and develop tools supporting operational decision-making and resource allocation.
Track workflow progress, prepare briefings, and organize project artifacts for program management activities.

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Must remain actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program for the duration of the internship.
Must be a junior or senior in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
Experience with Java, Python, and JavaScript is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
Must be willing and able to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

In-person position with limited remote work opportunities.
Requires 15–20 hours per week during fall/spring semesters and 20–29 hours per week during summer semesters.
Pay rate is $17.62 per hour.
