Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered features and agentic workflows for creative production.
- Develop systems that generate ad creatives, including interactive playables, by combining code generation and multimodal asset generation.
- Work with creative strategists to convert their craft into repeatable, scalable workflows.
- Develop evaluation pipelines for creative output with quality checks and human-in-the-loop review.
Requirements
- Computer engineering or a similar background with a genuine creative eye.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building agentic workflows, LLM chains, and multimodal model calls.
- Experience with generative AI, including diffusion models and image/video generation.
- Familiarity with RAG, function calling, and vector databases.
- Deep interest in state-of-the-art AI and closely following new models and capabilities.
- Passion for and interest in games.
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork.
