Responsibilities
- Design and implement application environments and release management procedures.
- Plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications.
- Design and develop automation workflows and perform unit testing and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate appropriate resources, and drive resolutions while minimizing customer impact.
- Provide production support and participate in deployment, planning, and Agile stand-up activities.
- Drive process improvements and automation enhancements for the production environment.
