Responsibilities
- Translate client needs into solution architectures and delivery roadmaps.
- Define RAG, agentic, evaluation, and integration patterns.
- Select models, frameworks, and components based on value, security, cost, and maintainability.
- Lead technical workstreams and mentor more junior consultants.
- Secure solution quality, observability, security, and transition to production operations.
- Organize technical reviews and prepare operating conditions for delivered solutions.
- Contribute to pre-sales, identify expansion opportunities, and develop reusable assets and proposals from project feedback.
- Design and industrialize business assistants, multi-agent workflows, GenAI evaluation and observability frameworks, and RAG or agentic architectures integrated with enterprise data and services.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AI Engineering.
- Experience taking solutions into production.
- Proficiency with Python, RAG, agents, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with an orchestration framework and RAG, agent, and tool-calling patterns.
- Practical experience with evaluation, observability, and GenAI security considerations.
- Ability to lead a workstream and explain technical choices to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English.
