Responsibilities

  • Lead client installations and implementations of technical systems, applications, and process designs.
  • Manage initial client access, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, and user training or training coordination.
  • Design, build, document, test, and deploy Salesforce and nCino integrations using the nCino Integration Framework.
  • Provide technical leadership to financial institutions and implementation service consultants building integrations into the nCino/Force.com platform.
  • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and design Salesforce solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Evaluate vendor API and interface specifications and troubleshoot complex client issues.
  • Document integration methodologies, procedures, complex solutions, and customer-facing work products.
  • Assist sales and sales engineering with technical prospect calls when required.
  • Leverage AI/ML capabilities for integration frameworks, solution design, system automation, operational efficiency, and secure cloud-based solutions.
  • Track time and bill hours for customer projects while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to design, build, articulate, and defend architectural designs focused primarily on integrations, with some UI components and designs.
  • Experience supporting DevOps processes and applying software development practices and engineering principles to code, flows, and integration patterns.
  • Salesforce Dev401 certification and experience with the Salesforce developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services, configuration, and custom development.
  • Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL, and relational database technologies.
  • Experience using ETL and integration platforms, including desired experience with Informatica.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, and object-oriented concepts and design patterns is desired.
  • Experience with object-oriented languages such as Java, Ruby, C#, or C++ is desired.
  • Financial Services experience is required, with large financial institution and loan origination or servicing systems experience preferred.
  • Salesforce System Architect certification and enterprise architecture framework experience are desired.
  • Strong research, analytical, creative problem-solving, presentation, communication, customer, and professional skills.
  • Position may require some travel.

  • Base salary range is €76,400–€126,100 EUR.
