Base Salary
$142k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end omnichannel architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
- Establish customer data models, identity frameworks, integration patterns, and architecture best practices.
- Design integrations across CRM, MDM, consent, web/mobile event data, social engagement, analytics, and enterprise systems.
- Architect and guide implementation of Adobe RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Enable unified customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration, and multichannel activation.
- Define and maintain the omnichannel architecture roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Manage performance, scalability, security, compliance, architecture risks, dependencies, and technical debt.
- Provide technical leadership and communicate architecture decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture, customer data platforms, marketing technology, digital engagement, omnichannel ecosystems, or similar areas.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience designing customer data, identity, integration, and activation architectures across CRM, CDPs, and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience with customer data platforms and omnichannel engagement platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience integrating CRM, MDM, consent, analytics, and activation platforms.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with identity resolution, customer profile architecture, digital engagement channels, web personalization, customer activation, web analytics, and social engagement platforms is preferred or highly desirable.
- Pharmaceutical domain experience is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery execution skills.
