Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI enterprise applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Build LLM-powered solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar platforms.
- Develop RAG solutions using enterprise data sources, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
- Design agentic AI workflows and agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Perform prompt engineering and optimize LLM responses for accuracy, reliability, and business use cases.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and backend services.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop Python API services with FastAPI or Flask and support integration with business systems and databases.
- Create data-processing pipelines for preparation, transformation, and indexing.
- Support AI model evaluation, testing, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD automation, model lifecycle management, and application monitoring.
- Troubleshoot issues, improve performance and reliability, document solutions, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Python and understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
- Experience or academic/project exposure with LLM-based application development, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Experience with REST API development and integration and understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data processing.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Basic knowledge of Git, version control, code reviews, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization, with Docker preferred.
- Experience working with Linux environments and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise Generative AI or AI automation experience, LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI experience, cloud AI services, vector databases, AI chatbots or copilots, Java/Spring Boot, enterprise integration, and application operations.
- English-Korean bilingual communication skills are preferred and identified as required in the posting.
Benefits

- One-year contract period.
- Pay rate of approximately $7,699.43 per month, depending on experience.
