Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and systems roadmap for the Customer Success Technology engineering team.
- Build and launch frontend interfaces, backend systems, workflows, and agentic AI applications for customer and agent experiences.
- Lead other engineers on large features in collaboration with Product Management and cross-functional partners.
- Maintain engineering standards, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and performance across multiple codebases.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement application improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience in a team environment.
- Experience leading work across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience leading engineers on large features with Product Management and other partners.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Experience or exposure to AI engineering applications is a bonus.
