Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for functional, non-functional, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to define testing strategies and align quality goals with business needs.
- Review test cases, automation scripts, and results; analyze testing metrics; and recommend process and product-quality improvements.
- Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across QA and engineering.
- Mentor QA team members, provide technical guidance, support L1–L2 hiring, and contribute to staffing and resource planning.
- Support employee engagement, retention, growth, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Quality Assurance experience with a strong focus on functional and automated testing.
- One to two years of formal people leadership experience, or equivalent people-management and technical-lead experience with ownership of delivery, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination.
- High-level written and verbal English communication proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and resolve testing challenges.
- Hands-on experience with frontend and backend testing, including web applications, APIs/services, integrations, and data validation.
- Preferred experience defining QA metrics, improving testing processes at scale, and using AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT with knowledge of LLMs and multi-agent systems for QE use cases.
