Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly scalable and fault-tolerant engine processing large volumes of data.
- Perform low-level systems debugging and optimization on production clusters.
- Design architecture and influence the product roadmap.
- Lead complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and lead sprint planning.
- Contribute to preventing and investigating production issues.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with database replication, backup, and transaction recovery.
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
- Ability to work towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
- Motivated by delivering customer value and impact.
