Base Salary

$76k - $100k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support complex vendor integration solutions through the full development life cycle.
  • Create technical design documents and reusable templates for complex, bi-directional, and reverse interfaces.
  • Certify new vendors, products, and functionality against Quest requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Design, implement, document, and test client interface projects, secondary development efforts, and production enhancements.
  • Provide Tier 3 Service Manager ticket support for complex production interfaces and integration issues.
  • Monitor integration engine reports, support HUB interface setup, and resolve customer connectivity problems.
  • Support innovation activities involving FHIR, HL7 LRI guides, genomic reporting, and emerging technologies.
  • Comply with Quest Diagnostics’ mission, values, and standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or healthcare environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience with interface support, client connectivity, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution procedures.
  • Combination of information technology, customer service, and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal partners and external clients.
  • Preferred experience includes Epic HL7 laboratory implementation and 5+ years in healthcare or clinical information systems support.
  • Preferred proficiency with multiple LIS platforms, Service Manager, Quanum, Interfaces, HL7, and EMR/LIS implementations involving Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar systems.
  • Epic certification or certifications are preferred.
