Base Salary

Responsibilities

Develop and support complex vendor integration solutions through the full development life cycle.
Create technical design documents and reusable templates for complex, bi-directional, and reverse interfaces.
Certify new vendors, products, and functionality against Quest requirements and applicable regulations.
Design, implement, document, and test client interface projects, secondary development efforts, and production enhancements.
Provide Tier 3 Service Manager ticket support for complex production interfaces and integration issues.
Monitor integration engine reports, support HUB interface setup, and resolve customer connectivity problems.
Support innovation activities involving FHIR, HL7 LRI guides, genomic reporting, and emerging technologies.
Comply with Quest Diagnostics’ mission, values, and standards.

3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or healthcare environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience with interface support, client connectivity, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution procedures.
Combination of information technology, customer service, and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal partners and external clients.
Preferred experience includes Epic HL7 laboratory implementation and 5+ years in healthcare or clinical information systems support.
Preferred proficiency with multiple LIS platforms, Service Manager, Quanum, Interfaces, HL7, and EMR/LIS implementations involving Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar systems.
Epic certification or certifications are preferred.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring three days onsite in Secaucus, NJ, or Schaumburg, IL.
Up to 25% travel required.
