Responsibilities
- Ship tools to accelerate the growth of new qualified contributors on Scale’s labeling platform.
- Build methodical fraud-detection systems to ensure a safe contributor base.
- Use models to estimate the quality of tasks and labelers at scale.
- Devise advanced matching algorithms for optimal turnaround and accuracy.
- Create methods to measure, train, and match labelers based on performance.
- Develop optimized UI/UX tooling for a large number of labelers.
Requirements
- Graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Product engineering experience, including building full-stack web apps.
- Previous internship experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Experience with large data processing systems.
- Familiarity with Typescript, React, Python, and/or MongoDB.
- Availability for a Summer 2026 internship.
