Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features across backend services and React/TypeScript interfaces.
- Develop microservices, message-driven architecture, and workflow or agent orchestration that recompute recommendations quickly.
- Create comparative and geospatial interfaces that allow operators to understand and trace recommendations to their inputs and logic.
- Implement UX designs, collaborate with architects, systems integration engineers, product managers, and Fires subject-matter experts, and incorporate operator feedback.
- Tune performance, maintain traceability for orchestration steps, and catch regressions before release.
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, document work, and deploy code in secure environments.
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive progress and create clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to maintain required TS/SCI access.
- Preferred experience building and shipping production full-stack applications with Go, Java, or Python backend services.
- Preferred experience building microservices or message-driven systems that operate under real load.
- Preferred experience building data-dense React and TypeScript interfaces and geospatial visualizations with CesiumJS, Mapbox, or similar tools.
- Preferred experience with workflow or agent orchestration frameworks, performance tuning, and implementing designs from UX teams.
- Experience in secure or classified Department of War environments or with Maven Smart System is a plus.

- National Capital Region positions require travel 50% of the time, and periodic travel may be required for operational stakeholders and mission activities.
