Base Salary
$157k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for NLP, chatbot, and enterprise AI applications.
- Build and maintain scalable end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data preprocessing through model deployment.
- Fine-tune and optimize models for accuracy, speed, robustness, scalability, and production performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate AI models into production environments using LangChain and cloud services.
- Apply best practices for AI/ML training, testing, evaluation, documentation, and long-term maintainability.
- Stay current with AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements and apply relevant techniques to the technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and experience building chatbot or conversational AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and production optimization.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Git or GitHub and agile development methodologies.
- Experience with LangChain for conversational AI workflows.
- Ability to optimize model performance and scale AI solutions for production use.
- Preferred experience with reinforcement learning, transfer learning, model monitoring, A/B testing, continuous improvement strategies, and Docker.
- Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about developing AI-driven solutions.
