Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Build services for policy enforcement, session recording and replay, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
- Integrate with AWS services and make build-versus-compose decisions.
- Develop recording pipelines and manage retention and access controls for customer content.
- Collaborate with adjacent engineering teams to resolve dependencies and align interfaces.
- Contribute to on-call operations, runbooks, alarms, and incident response.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

- The base salary range is $143,700.00-$194,400.00 annually for Seattle, Washington.
