Base Salary

$112k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales on discovery sessions and requirements workshops for prospects and clients.
  • Evaluate client environments, systems, data maturity, platform feasibility, delivery risks, and scope gaps.
  • Recommend solution approaches, phasing strategies, and delivery timelines with implementation leads.
  • Author, maintain, review, and coordinate sign-off for detailed Statements of Work.
  • Act as the pre-delivery connection among Sales, Implementation, Product, and clients.
  • Support project initiation and handoffs while ensuring Statements of Work accurately reflect delivery expectations.
  • Provide Sales feedback on deal structures, pricing assumptions, and scope patterns that create delivery challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting, ideally in SaaS or PropTech.
  • Demonstrated experience writing Statements of Work or similar client-facing scoping documents.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts for executive and operational audiences.
  • Experience facilitating enterprise discovery and requirements sessions, with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API integrations, HTTP methods, OAuth 2.0, API keys, bearer tokens, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
  • Experience with data migration, including data mapping, transformation logic, and format conversion across CSV/Excel files, JSON, XML, and SQL exports.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and tools and the ability to assess source-data quality and preparation needs.
  • Ability to interpret API specifications, data dictionaries, field mappings, and integration architecture diagrams without writing production code.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered workflows, including natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI assistants.
  • Preferred experience in commercial real estate technology, property management, facilities, or portfolio management software.
  • Preferred familiarity with Yardi, MRI, JDE, ERP and data integration patterns, professional or managed services delivery models, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier is a plus.
