Responsibilities
- Further develop cloud-based IT systems and design modern software architectures.
- Translate business requirements into clear, sustainable, and technically implementable concepts.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, developers, and architects to ensure technically sound and consistent solutions.
- Document architectural decisions in the relevant systems.
- Evaluate innovative technologies and support proof-of-concepts, particularly in artificial intelligence.
- Serve as the interface between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of solid professional experience in software development or solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of modern software architectures, RESTful APIs, and event-driven development.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with different audiences.
- Basic understanding of retail processes such as logistics, e-commerce, and loyalty, or strong motivation to learn them quickly.
- Experience or strong personal interest in AI-supported services, machine learning, and GenAI.
- Fluent English skills for international collaboration.
- Ideally, knowledge of MBSE, preferably SysML or UML, and experience with SAP-related architectures and hybrid cloud environments.
