Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that ingest medical records and police reports to produce fact-specific claim valuations
- Architect software that facilitates communication and negotiation with insurance companies
- Build document-intelligence pipelines that extract and reason over unstructured data
- Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks for accurate, trustworthy, and empathetic AI outputs
- Ship product-focused software for a consumer-first personal injury platform
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Track record of shipping production software and writing clean, well-architected code
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI
- Ability to turn models beyond prompts into reliable, scalable product features
- Understanding of RAG, prompt chaining, and model evaluation
- Interest in solving real-world problems in a collaborative, in-person office environment
