Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that provide instant, fact-specific valuations from medical records and police reports.
- Architect systems for effective communication and negotiation with insurers.
- Engineer pipelines to extract and reason through unstructured data for user recovery.
- Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure AI outputs are accurate and trustworthy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production software.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI, including RAG and prompt chaining.
- A commitment to solving real-world problems through technology.
- Ability to thrive in an office environment and value team collaboration.
