Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement simulation software using DiSTI VE Studio for Virtual Maintenance Trainer functionality.
- Create and maintain VE Studio-based displays, interface logic, and supporting application components.
- Support messaging, integration, and data exchange between trainer software and external systems.
- Collaborate with software, systems, test, and hardware engineers to implement requirements and resolve defects.
- Support software integration, builds, installation, and verification in laboratory and trainer environments.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, peer reviews, and status updates.
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot software issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with technical documentation and software configuration management.
- Support team collaboration using Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Machine Interface Development, or a related technical field.
- 1–5 years of software development experience supporting interactive applications, simulations, trainer systems, or virtual environments.
- Experience with DiSTI VE Studio, GL Studio, or comparable simulation/HMI development tools.
- Experience developing real-time interactive applications or simulation software.
- Ability to troubleshoot software defects and support integration in a team environment.
- U.S. citizenship required to obtain and hold a security clearance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; internships may be considered based on skills and experience.
