Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of application development, with an emphasis on coding and debugging.
- Design, build, and maintain reliable, reusable code and APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and frontend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues, scalability issues, and security risks.
- Implement security best practices and develop or support automation tests for regression testing.
- Provide personalized software support to users and document application support and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience focused on scalable and reliable systems.
- Extensive knowledge of C#, .NET, LINQ, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and related technologies.
- Experience using Git, REST web service protocols, API design, SQL Server or NoSQL databases, and debugging complex applications.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
- Familiarity with Docker; Azure, AWS, RabbitMQ, and Quartz experience is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile development project management methodologies and strong communication and collaboration skills.
