Base Salary

$200k - $288k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop features based on customer requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting technical direction.
  • Manage all aspects of project development including design, coding, and testing.
  • Build reliable and fault-tolerant software for large customers.
  • Ensure operational readiness with a focus on reliability and performance.
  • Design and build Kubernetes-based container compute platform features.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in building large-scale systems or infrastructure platforms.
  • Strong fundamental computer science skills and experience with distributed systems.
  • Hands-on coding experience in Java, C++, or Go.
  • Ability to work on-site in downtown Bellevue office.
  • Excitement to learn and grow within the team.
  • Team player with a focus on transparency and knowledge sharing.
