Base Salary
$200k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop product features that address customer requirements and business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and establish technical direction and strategy for large, critical product areas.
- Manage project activities including design, coding, reviews, testing, observability, tooling, and on-call support.
- Build highly reliable and fault-tolerant software for large customers.
- Ensure operational readiness and maintainability with emphasis on reliability, availability, debuggability, and performance.
- Design and build Kubernetes-based, OCI-compliant container compute platform features that scale with customer and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience building features and capabilities for large-scale systems or infrastructure-level platforms.
- Strong fundamental computer science skills and experience building distributed systems.
- Hands-on coding experience in Java, C++, or Go is highly desirable.
- Experience building products or services with Kubernetes is a bonus.
- Experience designing products and features with multi-cloud support across AWS, Azure, and GCP is a bonus.
- Experience implementing multi-tenant systems with an emphasis on performance, isolation, and security is a bonus.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in the downtown Bellevue office.
- Passion for learning, collaboration, cross-functional work, and knowledge sharing.
