Base Salary
$200k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop features based on customer requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting technical direction.
- Manage all aspects of project development including design, coding, and testing.
- Build reliable and fault-tolerant software for large customers.
- Ensure operational readiness with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Design and build Kubernetes-based container compute platform features.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building large-scale systems or infrastructure platforms.
- Strong fundamental computer science skills and experience with distributed systems.
- Hands-on coding experience in Java, C++, or Go.
- Ability to work on-site in downtown Bellevue office.
- Excitement to learn and grow within the team.
- Team player with a focus on transparency and knowledge sharing.
