Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-agent architecture, including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and integrations.
- Evaluate and operate agent orchestration platforms and maintain the approved AI and agent tooling stack.
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Outlook/email, Teams, and other business systems using secure authentication and permissioning patterns.
- Build evaluation infrastructure, regression testing, quality metrics, guardrails, and deployment quality gates for agents.
- Partner with data and cross-functional stakeholders to translate department requirements into technical implementations.
- Build agents to meet ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 requirements and maintain security, monitoring, logging, and deployment documentation.
- Provide technical input on AI program planning, automation feasibility, technical risk, and organization-wide AI-readiness standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience building production AI/ML systems, with direct experience in agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, or LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs, orchestration tools, and third-party AI platforms into production systems.
- Experience with agent orchestration platforms or frameworks such as OpenClaw or similar tools.
- Experience integrating agents with Microsoft 365, Outlook/email, and Teams is a strong asset.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and structured and unstructured data handling.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements such as SOC2 or ISO27001 is a strong asset.
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate their needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
