Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications for network device management, monitoring, and configuration.
- Build responsive dashboards showing network topology, device status, performance metrics, and alerts.
- Develop APIs and interfaces for managing switches, routers, WiFi access points, and other network hardware from multiple vendors.
- Create interactive network topology maps and device relationship visualizations.
- Build mobile applications that allow field technicians to configure and troubleshoot network devices remotely.
- Implement real-time network performance monitoring, SNMP integration, and telemetry visualization.
- Develop bulk configuration, firmware update, policy deployment, alerting, and notification capabilities.
- Contribute to secure, scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture and RESTful APIs for integrations and automation workflows.
- Support cloud deployment, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10–12 years of full-stack development experience, including 3+ years in network management or infrastructure software.
- Advanced proficiency with React.js or Angular, TypeScript, D3.js, and WebSocket technologies.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java for scalable network management services.
- Understanding of SNMP, SSH, Telnet, NETCONF, REST APIs, TCP/IP, the OSI model, routing protocols, and enterprise networking.
- Experience with InfluxDB or TimescaleDB and traditional database systems.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including networking services, load balancers, and auto-scaling.
- Knowledge of network security principles, VPN configurations, and secure device access methods.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, network device APIs, and enterprise vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Ubiquiti.
- Knowledge of WiFi standards, network switching, routing, SaaS platforms, Ansible, Puppet, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with network monitoring, log aggregation, and observability platforms.
