Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and debug host-side systems software for AI infrastructure.
- Build and optimize software paths for high-throughput, low-latency communication.
- Develop software around PCIe, DMA, NICs, and accelerators.
- Bring up new hardware platforms and diagnose complex issues.
- Build tooling for integration, testing, diagnostics, and performance characterization.
- Collaborate with hardware, networking, and platform teams to define interfaces.
- Work with external vendors to integrate technologies and resolve issues.
- Contribute across the systems software stack as the platform evolves.
Requirements
- Experience building low-level or performance-critical systems software.
- Strong programming skills in C or C++, with proficiency in Python and Linux tooling.
- Strong Linux systems fundamentals and debugging skills across hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience in areas like Linux kernel drivers, kernel networking, or RDMA.
- Experience owning complex software projects from design to validation.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work across subsystem boundaries.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
