Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support, including issue handling and troubleshooting.
- Focus on business support and own the deal process.
- Manage backlog effectively and maintain SLA discipline.
- Develop industry-specific and localized content.
- Act as the functional owner and SME for assigned product components.
- Maintain deep relationships with Product Managers and Solution Advisory SMEs.
- Collaborate with the Program & Release Manager on new releases and project execution.
- Engage in daily collaboration with the technical team for expedited troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in procurement SaaS, pre-sales, functional consulting, or support.
- Deep functional expertise in procurement to pay workflows.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience supporting revenue-generating teams is a plus.
- Ability to build scalable demo content.
- Ability to work under time-sensitive deal pressure.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and troubleshooting is a strong plus.
- Role requires working in shifts to support PST time zone coverage.
