Base Salary
$100k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support ALTESS commercial cloud services infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and private clouds.
- Migrate on-premises applications to the cloud and work with network, storage, server, and application technologies.
- Implement secure transport technologies including IPSEC/VPN and Border Gateway Protocol.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
- Work with Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, Travis CI, and AWS CodeDeploy.
- Apply DoD STIGs and IA Vulnerability Management practices.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent information assurance certification and a computing environment certification such as MCSD Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- At least 5 years of experience in computer science or IT, with mid- to senior-level cloud engineering experience.
- Strong experience with IPSEC/VPN, secure transport technologies, and Border Gateway Protocol.
- Experience migrating on-premises applications to the cloud and understanding network, storage, server, and application technologies.
- Knowledge of automation concepts, tools, and scripting languages including Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Puppet, or Chef.
- Working knowledge of Git, DoD STIGs, IA Vulnerability Management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Senior IT experience in networking or equivalent experience and experience automating routine administrative tasks are desired.

- Salary range of $100,000.00-$140,000.00.
