Base Salary
$120k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for core products.
- Own and evolve the test automation framework using tools like Maestro and Playwright.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to maintain a clean build signal.
- Monitor test runs for flakiness and drive improvements.
- Identify and automate repetitive workflows across the company.
- Design automations using AI tools and low/no-code platforms.
- Ensure automations and test systems are reliable and well-documented.
- Implement monitoring and alerting for critical automations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to prioritize automation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA automation, software engineering, or workflow automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright and Cypress.
- Proficient in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for production-grade code.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining reliable build signals.
- Ability to ship internal automations using low/no-code platforms and scripting.
- Solid understanding of APIs and system integration.
- Strong written communication skills for effective documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
