Responsibilities
- Act as the senior technical focal point for complex customer issues.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned technical cases.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to drive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product developers to analyze recurring issues and improve troubleshooting methods.
- Mentor the support team to enhance internal knowledge and efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call duty rotation for high-severity issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Tier 3/4 Support Engineer for SaaS products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience communicating with enterprise customers in critical situations.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and backend system troubleshooting.
- Ability to read code and write SQL queries.
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud Infrastructure and monitoring tools.
