Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior technical focal point for complex customer issues.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned technical cases.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to drive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with product developers to analyze recurring issues and improve troubleshooting methods.
  • Mentor the support team to enhance internal knowledge and efficiency.
  • Participate in an on-call duty rotation for high-severity issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Tier 3/4 Support Engineer for SaaS products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Experience communicating with enterprise customers in critical situations.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and backend system troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read code and write SQL queries.
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud Infrastructure and monitoring tools.
