Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and customer requirements, document current-state and future-state process flows, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Evaluate software options, consult enterprise architects, participate in cost and decision analyses, and recommend solutions to customers.
- Design, implement, unit test, integrate, and document software solutions through the software development lifecycle.
- Provide 24x7 worldwide support for software issues, acting as the subject matter expert and final point of contact.
- Resolve issues independently and collaboratively, document defects and enhancements, and assist with support-team onboarding through training and mentoring.
- Maintain technical skills, research current methods and trends, and recommend improvements to the IT roadmap.
- Use AI-assisted tools and insights responsibly and identify and share AI-enabled process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in application development is preferred, with interest in system development, maintenance, and performance improvement.
- Familiarity with Perl and Linux.
- TCL, Java, C#, Python, C/C++, and semiconductor FAB system-development experience are preferred.
- Good English-language skills.
- AI-related skills and experience, including LLM, Agent, Agentic AI, Cloud Assist, or Copilot technologies, are highly preferred.
