Responsibilities
- Own one or more major subsystems of the Digital Platform.
- Design and develop custom product features for the digital roadmap.
- Build performant, resilient client-facing applications and APIs.
- Design and improve solution architecture, system performance, and resiliency.
- Collaborate with business partners and global development teams to define objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to unit, integration, and functional automated testing.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architecture evolution.
- Lead technical design and delivery while mentoring teams and supporting product goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related area of study.
- 7+ years of full-stack web application development experience and technical project delivery.
- 3+ years of web and REST API development using ASP.NET Core.
- 3+ years of experience creating modern web applications with Angular.
- 2+ years of Azure cloud-native development experience, preferably with PaaS.
- Experience with OIDC and OAuth2 authentication and authorization.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with event-based and microservice-style architectures.
- Experience with Git source control, Gitflow, and automated unit and integration testing.
- Experience leading teams using Agile processes such as Kanban or Scrum.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, solution architecture, consensus building, mentorship, communication, and ownership.
- Proven experience delivering product features for public web applications.
- Financial services or FinTech experience is preferred.
