Responsibilities
- Manage operations, optimization, and production support for enterprise application platforms.
- Drive automation of IT operations using modern tools and scripting to reduce manual intervention.
- Oversee application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, availability, reliability, and performance.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions and support business growth.
- Mentor and onboard new team members in system operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of technology experience.
- Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and optimizing large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform, specifically GCP or AWS.
- Advanced skills in Python, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Helm, and GitHub.
- Strong experience automating IT operations and developing related tools.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
- Experience onboarding and mentoring team members in system operations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and speech-to-text projects is preferred.
