Base Salary
$176k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Represent a product family in technical governance bodies and recommend improvements to architecture governance practices.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Evaluate current and emerging technologies and influence adoption of appropriate future-state solutions.
- Drive decisions affecting product design, application functionality, technical operations, and processes.
- Develop secure production code and review and debug code written by others.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for architecture analysis, program planning, risk synthesis, integrated plans, risk logs, and executive updates, with human validation and sensitivity-aware data handling.
- Serve as a function-wide subject matter expert and advocate for firmwide software development lifecycle practices.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows and validating AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations.
- Ability to independently solve design and functionality problems with little to no oversight.
- Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend solutions for future-state architecture.
- Strong judgment and communication skills for influencing technical direction across teams.
- Preferred: knowledge of technology regulations, business and technical characteristics, compliance, and data residency across international regions.
- Preferred: experience with globally distributed teams, multi-jurisdictional technology delivery, and large-scale internationally distributed infrastructure platforms.
