Base Salary
$176k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Represent a product family in technical governance and improve architecture governance practices.
- Provide technical guidance to teams, contractors, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate current and emerging technologies and recommend future-state architecture solutions.
- Drive decisions affecting product design, application functionality, technical operations, and processes.
- Develop secure production code, review code written by others, and debug software.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for architecture analysis, program planning, risk synthesis, governance, and reporting with human validation.
- Act as a function-wide subject matter expert and advocate for software development lifecycle practices.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows, including validating plans, risks, and recommendations.
- Ability to solve design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
- Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend appropriate future-state solutions.
- Strong judgment and communication skills for influencing technical direction across teams.
- Preferred: knowledge of technology regulations, compliance, and data residency across international regions.
- Preferred: experience with globally distributed teams, multi-jurisdictional delivery, and large-scale internationally distributed infrastructure platforms.
