Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and drive implementation of React solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to turn customer needs into product outcomes.
- Champion engineering best practices including accessibility, quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to Culture Amp's unified NextJS-based frontend stack and innersource ecosystem.
- Maintain stable pipelines for building and deploying applications.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill fellow engineers.
- Take ownership and navigate ambiguity in product development.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining frontend applications using React and Typescript.
- Knowledge of web application architecture, performance optimization, and web accessibility.
- Experience coaching peers and junior engineers.
- Contributed to shaping internal engineering practices or frameworks.
- Comfortable owning the quality of delivered solutions.
- Experience balancing delivery speed and maintainability.
