Base Salary
$240k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and execute computer-vision based mapping projects.
- Develop methods to monitor environmental changes and update maps.
- Integrate visual maps with LIDAR-derived maps for consistency.
- Productionize and deploy solutions onto autonomous vehicle fleets.
- Collaborate with localization and mapping teams to enhance vehicle performance.
Requirements
- Experience in developing software for geometric computer vision.
- Familiarity with visual simultaneous localization and mapping (VSLAM) and related techniques.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying 3D computer vision solutions.
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles.
- Extensive experience in metrics design and technology development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong programming skills in C++.
- Proven publications in relevant conferences.
