Responsibilities
- Develop scalable robotics solutions for autonomous mobile robots, autonomous drones, quadrupedal robots, humanoid systems, and AI-powered service platforms.
- Apply ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments to robotics development.
- Work with VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, and sim-to-real transfer pipelines.
- Build synthetic data generation and world-model solutions for scalable robot training.
- Develop clean Python and C++ software using Git, CI/CD, and architecture-based development practices.
- Take technical responsibility as an architect, lead engineer, or integrative technical generalist in interdisciplinary teams.
- Deploy edge AI for robotics using NVIDIA Jetson and Isaac platforms, TensorRT optimization, and real-time control at 30–100 Hz.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in robotics, consulting, or technically focused software projects.
- At least 3 years of experience with modern robotics stacks, including ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with physical AI and foundation-model technologies, including VLA architectures, policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, and sim-to-real transfer.
- At least 3 years of experience with synthetic data generation and world models for robot training.
- At least 3 years of proficiency in Python and C++ software development, including Git, CI/CD, clean-code practices, and architecture-based development.
- At least 3 years of experience taking responsibility in technical project roles such as architect or lead engineer.
- At least 2 years of exposure to edge AI deployment for robotics, NVIDIA Jetson or Isaac platforms, TensorRT inference optimization, and real-time control.
- Bachelor’s degree in robotics, computer science, or a related field.
