Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, assets, and triggers.
- Lead process discovery and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
- Architect reusable components and libraries while enforcing coding standards.
- Integrate UiPath bots with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and document-processing tools.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and production-stability frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Manage bot deployment lifecycles, version control, Orchestrator administration, and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis for bot failures.
- Support RPA Center of Excellence governance, documentation, PDD/SDD creation, ROI tracking, and pipeline intake.
- Evaluate UiPath platform updates and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on compliance and data-handling requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus 8–12 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on RPA development experience, including at least 3 years specifically with UiPath.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days, with at least one listed qualifying certification required.
- Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Robot deployment and administration.
- Proficiency with .NET, VB.NET or C#, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Experience with UiPath, Ansible, AWS, Elastic, Azure, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, and cloud SaaS offerings.
- An active Public Trust clearance is a plus, and the candidate must be able to obtain an Entry of Duty Public Trust clearance.
