Base Salary
$165k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and prioritized test suites.
- Conduct manual exploratory and regression testing of applications.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to meet quality criteria.
- Investigate, reproduce, and document defects for quick resolution.
- Track and analyze quality metrics for continuous improvement.
- Coach developers on test design and quality best practices.
- Stay current with testing methodologies and improve test code quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in manual testing and automating tests in TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern test pyramid principles.
- Demonstrated interest in AI-assisted test case creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
