Base Salary

$128k - $261k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Help execute the AI/ML technical strategy by building scalable, reliable, production-grade systems.
  • Design, optimize, and deploy AI/ML inference systems using technologies such as vLLM, SGLang, and KV Cache optimization.
  • Collaborate with ML scientists, senior engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into enterprise solutions.
  • Measure and track production model accuracy, latency, and security relevance through AI evaluation report cards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of industry experience developing AI/ML solutions, or an equivalent combination of a technical degree and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML stacks and optimizing LLMs in production environments.
  • Familiarity with vLLM, SGLang, and KV Cache optimization.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work across responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
